A Thread Lift often called the ‘lunch time face lift’ is a minimally invasive procedure.
Thread Lifts are recommended for younger and middle aged patients who are not yet ready for a full facelift. A thread lift is not appropriate for patient with a large amount of loose, excess skin around the face and neck.
During a thread lift procedure, a fine needle is used to loop fine thread beneath the skin. The threads become secure as the bodies own collagen begins to anchor them into place. As a thread lift only requires a tiny opening in the skin, there is little or no scarring following the treatment. The end result is a subtle, but noticeable improvement in facial contour.
